well there's the first indication, now that doesn't inlude other procedueres like lip augmentation and going above and beyond what a regular Playboy-esque model with only breast implants looks like. She's none of those "above and beyond" She doesn't have a single plastic thing about her.
 
yes. her face looks very plastic now!
