I was a gymnast and also a cyclist.
I train about 100 miles a week on the bike.
3 hrs of yoga per week approx.
4 weights sessions per week so that each muscle gets trained once per week.
I split it....
Legs
chest / triceps
back / biceps
Shoulders / abs
Each session is about 45 mins doing 10 reps x 3 sets x 3 exercises per muscle group.
The photos are in my own gym so I dont have to travel xxx
