She's not beautiful, although she has good features, like her lips for instance, but that is just my pov. I should imagine the world of fashion and beauty love her to bits.
Still better looking than Amy Winehouse in that vid though. Also, she sings from her diaphragm which is a great improvement on a lot of singers.
