For me, it's got to be that stupid grin that you pretty much see on every chick's face when she's getting drilled. Doesn't matter how, 1 on 1, DP, whatever...when I see some chick grinning or smiling it just becomes so unrealistic. I mean, when does it become "funny" getting nailed.
