Hi Everybody,
Another one of my and maybe yours ********* icons has died.
Seems they're really dropping fast these days.
Penny Marshall, AKA Laverne DiFazio of Laverne and Shirley was 75.

I still remember the first time I saw Laverne on Happy Days (before the pilot episode of Laverne and Shirley).
They were portrayed as more slutty and crude at first, not the innocent hard working Shotz Brewery employees who still never "vo-dee-o-dodo'ed" well into their 20's.

Sad news.
She was a huge sports fan, especially basketball, especially Lakers basketball.

Laverne and Shirley was just pure dreck. Just awful lol You couldn't have paid me to watch that show, even as the youth I was at the time.
But A League Of Their Own is a really good movie that also made a lot of $$
