Britney Spears getting divorced.

TMZ Reports:
Britney Spears has filed a petition for divorce from Kevin Federline. Spears filed legal papers today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing “irreconcilable differences.” In her petition, Spears asks for both legal and physical custody of the couple’s two ********, one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James, with Federline getting reasonable visitation rights.
The two have been married since 2004. Their prenup is said to be iron clad and Britney is waiving her right for spousal support, of course. Britney gave the date of separation as November 6, 2006. Britney famously appeared in her new body on David Letterman that night.
Britney has hired Laura Wasser as her lawyer. Wasser has defended Angelina Jolie and Nick Lachey.

Maybe she realized that doing all those ***** and ********, getting pregnant 2X by a leech, letting her physique go to Hell, her bad mothering skills (baby in the car with no baby seat, etc.), and not touring or recording new music was/were hurting her bank account...
She'll go on Barbara Walters' show and say she's the victim of ********* stardom, and in 5 years we'll see her on "Dancing with the Stars," if that God-forsaken show is still on T.V. :eek:
Maybe she'll say that she was a guest at wacko Jacko's "Neverland Ranch" a couple times and that he gave her "Jesus Juice." LOL! :ban:
