I'm getting a black box where I should be seeing the player.

Did you just update your Flash player?
If so, it needs to "refresh" and then it will play all. That's what mine did last week.

Today I tried to watch a video and a warning that a script was running and slowing down Adobe Flash Player 10.

Youtube needs to upgrade something on their site. :crash:
