I would think Mystikal is a popular rapper. I mean he tore the rap scene up along with most of the No Limit label.

If I had to go with underrated I would go with Soulja Slim.

I don't think they are popular. How many videos you see of them on TV right now? Shit, Mystikal was almost there till he went to jail, but he's out now. Soulja Slim to me wasn't really that good to begin with.
