I sure do and tonight we did just that having Breakfast For Dinner at Coco's. How you like me know, Cancel Culture? Try to take away my Lumberjack Breakfast and I'll split your wig with an axe then calmly finish my French Toast using your ***** for extra syrup.

I'm going to do breakfast for dinner tonight. 3 or 4 Eggo Waffles, with 5 or 6 strips of bacon. Probably wash it down with some raspberry diet Snapple iced tea.

Actually, breakfast food, is the perfect food, and it's easy to get all of your 4 food groups, and your nutritional needs. The thing is, a big fat Southern style breakfast is a lot of food to eat late, and ***** on. Anyone I know that has relatives in far country boast about what gets put on the table fro breakfast, and that's the biggest meal they eat. I mean, pork chops, country fried steak, gravy & biscuits, pancakes, a **** ton of taters, and fresh eggs. DAMN, it's been a long time since I've had me a breakfast so big, it was all I ate all day.

I loved those Tex-Mex Breakfasts I used to eat in Austin. Breakfast Tacos with Coffee.

Had some great Chorizo with Eggs in El Paso so close to the border you could see tribes of people scurrying across while dragging bodybags of fentanyl.

My *** was from West Texas and I grew up eating hearty breakfasts too.

I'm using my airfryer to make breakfast hashbrowns as part of my dinner. It's an easy & tasty way to make an entrée into a complete dinner.

My wife couldn't find a bag of potatoes O'Brian, or even regular home fries, she she bought these hash brown patties, like Mickey D's, only bigger, and square. I made one, melted cheese on it, put it on toast, and made a tater sandwich, to go with a half dozen Bon Evans sausage links. No eggs, but it was a good lunch. Another one I like is, those 6 sausage links, on toasted rye, with a couple slices of ham, and a bunch of melted cheese. It makes a good sandwich.

Nice. At that point, it seems filling enough that no one is going to debate whether it's a breakfast, lunch or dinner.
I'm personally into these ancient grain hashbrowns. They cook and taste like regular ones, but are full of healthy grains like quinoa, etc.
