Just got Doom 3 on X-Box... from the little I have played it is shaping up quite nicely. I heard poor views on it, so I traded in some old shit and only paid a tiny fraction of the retail price. All good!

Halo was good, and I guess Halo 2 was better, but it was SO similar I got severly bored. I had a real effort to finish it before I traded it in.

To tell the truth, I believe they are run by Bungie. Halo2 is mentioned so many times each month in just about every piece written - including previews / reviews of games that have nothing to do with it. They now have a dedicated column to the game. It's not the greatest game ever made, sorry. It was disappointing. I don't have LIVE, so I'm talikng about the single player itself. Vice City and DOA3 still keep me playing just to have fun.
Yes, I did not renew my OXM subscription.

Are they adding anything to San Andreas, or is it a straight port? If it had a decent amount of extras, I may buy it again...
Halo 2 is ok, the multi-player action with xbox live was great until you started getting the campers and cheaters using modem lagging and the sword glitch to win, it took the fun out of it for me, and now I play other games like Republic Commando and rainbow 6
Holy god do i love Doom 3. Ive been told it gets more freaky when you reach "Hell". Ive also been playing MVP 2005 great game too.
Republic Commando is an awesome game as well. But on Doom 3 if you get the collectors edition you get Doom 1 and 2 as well.Three3Alpha67 said:

Halo 3 will have to be something new and VERY special to even get me interested after the second one. I am loving Doom 3 right now even if it is REALLY old school!
I just got done playing some DOOM 3. My god are they amazing graphics for the Xbox. If this looks this good I am wondering what Xbox 2 will look like.001 said:

Things can only get so much better. The graphical leaps between systems are getting smaller and smaller. We wont ever have the kind of WOW factor like when we switched from a SNES to an N64 or from a Master System to a Megadrive/Genesis anymore. Sucks.
That is true but there will be differences. I can guarentee that. I mean why build a whole new system and not make it better than the original.
