Every once in a while I notice that some of the submitted links have been transmogrified into these wtf?wtf?... links. I know what wtf stands for but I don't quite understand exactly why these links aren't allowed. Is there a list of these sites? Is it because of their content? It happened to me once and I couldn't figure out why. I would appreciate a clarification.
