Naomi Osaka won the US open on the weekend, which was pretty awesome. We could have seen a Serena rematch but she got knocked out in the semis.

I love how Naomi had 7 masks (one for each round if she made it to the finals) prepared with names of Black people killed by police on them, and when she won her first round, she said she hoped to be able to show all of them... and she did! It's hard not to cheer her on.
