I don't know the rules on posting videos or links to videos so I'm leaving it alone. You can find the video by searching for that exact title. I can't find the woman in this video, she comes in at 00:00:20 and the clip lasts for about 15 seconds. I've never seen her before and I couldn't find any info on her in any comment sections. All I have are a few screencaps I took. I tried to search by one of the images and managed to find an image but it just led me back to the video (I'll include the image I found).
