It's an interesting story all around, but what actually amazed me the most was that it still sounds like the woman is married to this guy who was stalking another woman - weird. Good idea for a billboard, though.

Sanchez did not want to discuss her husband's case, stating that he had nothing to do with the billboard. She said he is retired."
