Ask for BestBuy_Regina. She the only one that gets anything done. You see BestBuy_Adam online or answer tech support quickly log off or hang up. He's a massive waste of time.

We literally get hundreds of these a day and we're a small team. And no, you can't do it. Only we can. Please try and be patient.
