Nonunion Workers Turned Away From Sandy Recovery Efforts
At least unions and the corrupt politicians they keep in their pockets are reliable. You can rely on them never to place the public interest ahead of their hold on power:

Electric repair work for public utilities in New Jersey is dominated by the International Brotherhood Of Electrical Workers, a unit of the politically powerful AFL-CIO.
