I am starting this thread from a post I saw and it gave me this idea
We could also argue that California, Texas, New York. Florida has too many electoral votes because illegals are factored into the census which determines the number of representatives and thus electoral votes.
These states and many dem states are on the coast and would be underwater with continued global warming.
Unless dems grow gills and many seem as they are they wont be able to vote.
dems want to stay dry and republicans want more controlled coastal flooding.
With this the blues get

or-7
wash-12
fl-29
va 13 and about 60 more electoral votes on the eastern coast erased from the electoral map
you cant vote under water
The loss of ga, sc and nc in small for the republicans
So in conclusion- dems better get some levys built pronto- the reps will not fund your levys as we want to maintain our electoral voter edge
you wonder why trump wants to fire up the coal industry
