I think it's very unsanitary, even if you clean yourself out beforehand. Germs! Poop and such contains Ecoli and I'm sorry, I am not getting sick and having to tell the doctor that it's from tasting my own ass.

Health wise: i'd rather do ATM with my own carefully cleansed ass than eating at McDonalds or Taco Bell every second day. As Erika said: to each their own.

I can imagine in the heat of the moment it would be like a "fuck it" moment. It's kinda yucky. One time when I was making a video, I had been drilling my ass with a dildo, and then moved on to something else.
