They get it done because they want to. Because they see something in the mirror they aren't happy with and want to change. Or because they make a mod they think might get them more scenes. OP, if you prefer women with no plastic surgery, just do as Stiffy recommends and move on to all the other lovely ladies (ahem, maybe me) who don't have any. Not everyone can please you, as everyone has different tastes, so rather than complaining about who you don't like, look for who you do like and let it be.
