Some of the powers that be in porn or some of the people that stars go to for advice are part of a strange nonsensical subculture that's detached from reality. They don't see how stupid the rest of the normal people think it is when people with already good breast get unneeded boob jobs. It' all pretty stupid really considering the amount of people that don't really care or don't have a problem with people that have natural breast. Don't get me wrong, once in a while a boob job will really help out somebody that needs it or it will be well done and be better than before, but that's the vast minority of the time. It should also be noted that even with people that can benefit from the implants, most of the time the surgery is poorly done.
Then you got the people in the industry with the heart of a mercenary that try to squeeze every last cent out of it they can. They are under the exaggerated belief that implants will bring in more money for themselves or they people they represent. For some reason they fail to realize that any monetary gain from it is usually marginal, and it entails the risk of screwing up the person that it's done to, which is what usually happens.
None of that even takes into account non-breast implant surgery, which is almost always a terrible idea of colossal proportions.
