Why can't I get onto a certain site?

There is a certain, very popular mainstream movie website that I can't get onto on my computer. I called a friend and asked if you could get on to it and he could. Obliviously the problem is on my side.

Does anybody have any idea what could be wrong with my computer and what I may be able to do to fix it?
