It's refreshing to see a genuinely Conservative site such as the CATO Institute put the blame where it really belongs unlike generic Conservative media outlets such as Fox News and Limbaugh who typically scapegoat convenient targets for the all the fuckups created by the GOP

It's true that the White House is pushing big spending items, not least of which is his multitrillion-dollar scheme for government-run health care. But many critics, either out of ignorance or malice, are blaming Obama for deficits that are not his fault.
