I'm pretty sure this is a fake, because I have this short flash on my pc of Erika Eleniak appearing the hottest bikini/thong ever in the first episode of Baywatch. Mitch / Hasselhoff is complaining after about she not being able to put a recognizable lifeguard patch. After that we rarely seen anyone in a peace like that. Would have loved to see Pamela running in that thing.
