Nah, nobody wants an American flag anymore. Those things are so 1976.
Everybody these days wants a flag that represents their past. If they'd get their asses in gear, they'd be flying the flag that *could* represent their future:
And just from taking weekend drives on back roads, since all this foolishness started going down a couple of weeks ago, do you know the people who are most anxious to fly that
"boy, did we ever get our asses kicked" flag? I only see reb flags flying over "houses" that had to be registered at the DMV and got delivered on wheels. And the more I thought about it, I saw it as kind of sad really. Most of them probably couldn't tell you the years that the Civil War took place or which side won certain battles. But they don't have anything. And they never will have anything. So this imagery... this fake heritage that they've dreamed up... that's all that they've got. And now they feel like they're losing that. Even Dale Earnhardt, Jr. just turned on them. Dang, talk about rubbing salt in a wound! These poor bastards must feel like their great, great grandpappies did when Sherman stormed through and torched the south.
