Silicone implants are not approved by the FDA except for breast cancer reconstruction patients.

You are talking about saline implant not silicone. The Silcone Implant Health Committee, apparently had cold feet two months ago and withdrew the endorsement of re-introduction of silicone implant.

Currently, no plastic surgeon in United States will do silicone implant except on cancer patient.

Saline implants have slight drawback, compared with silicone implant but this is not a medical journal forum. I will reserve the medical comment in later thread if anyone is interested to know the difference between silicone and saline implant.

On the other hand, I think you are correct. Nikita has some deflated pancakes there and she's so hot and slutty that some big bolt ons would fit just fine on her. The only girls with undesirable looking boobs that make it in this business are the nasty, red hot slutty sexual olympians like her. And that's why implants maybe aren't such a great thing because without them, the snoozers like Devon, Kira Kener, Brittany Sky, and Krystal Steal wouldn't be around.
