The police completely ruled him out......but I haven't. Neither have many others.
Supposedly he was interviewed 3 times by police (who sucked real bad in this entire case).
You would think a 9 year old who ****** hissister would crack under pressure during questioning.
I suppose the circumstances and demeanor of the police would play a big part in that. I dont think they really ever put the screws to him.
Some theorize that it was Burke who ****** her in a fit of anger and his parents covered it up.
And theres the pineapple. Pineapple was found in JonBenets stomach. Her parents said she ate no pineapple that night.
There was however a bowl of pineapple with a fork in it pictured on the counter earlier that night.......with only Burke's fingerprints on it.
Side Note" Burke just settled a 750 million dollar defamation lawsuit against CBS. Undisclosed amount but I'd venture to say he is much much more richer now than he was before.
