I give up on this. This could be a hybrid. Some AI with some photoshopping involved ...
I thought @The Identifier was the accurate picture because of the details in her neck and upper torso. But then I saw the cum shots / melted ice (water) on her thighs so yes the picture in post # 3 is most likely AI. If it's the remnants of a cumshot? Then I tend to think it was purely AI. If it's melted ice (water) then why have it? It just causes confusion. Lastly, the ficus tree in the background looks like it's a plastic tree.

This kinda poses more questions than it answers but my theory is that it is a real pic of lenore_lovely in every respect apart from the face, which is AI. I think the legs and arms have been airbrushed, though.
It's just odd that someone has used the pic to also create a muscular looking woman as well, though I suspect the legs are from the original image.
If we could find the original lenore_lovely pic, that would be quite telling - but I don't have an Instagram account so and I can only scroll so far down her page before I get that annoying sign-up pop up.
