I've tried finding out who this is with IAFD, but I haven't been able to get a definite match or find the specific scene. It could be Tabitha Stevens, Bridgette Kerkove, Nicole Sheridan, or someone else. Does anyone recognize her, or even the scene? I yanked the screenshots off of a Japanese website, hence the censoring. 
If it's any help, whatever movie this is has Randy Spears in it, and either right before or after this scene, he's watched by these two actors on a television (that's within the fireplace behind them) talking about stopping chasing women.
