I was going to say that I fear it's a fake of someone but then noticed Jo Schwab in the filename who is a "German photographer whose work is immediately identifiable by its minimal renditions of the naked human form".
So I guess you'd need to ask him... but models like this tend to not be known / uncredited.
It may be this was the only photo ever taken / released of her.
