Who is the girl / what is the name of the video

I have very little info. I used to watch this one over and over again years ago but I lost it. What i found after hours of googling is this screencap in horrible quality, but nothing more.

I know it's from some casting shit, either: Czech casting or Magyar casting. I had the idea her name was Sona or Sonia or Sonya but i might be totally wrong.

I desperately need help on this guys. Find the video or name the girl!
