That is ModelMayhem's Katie Cox dude.
She's not a SuperGlam model, they just hired her from ModelMayhem for that shoot.
If you compare the image to the ones in her ModelMayhem portfolio, all the features match:

The picture lscbb2_1982 provided shows obvious signs of classic airbrushing/photoshop editing by the SuperGlam agency (ie the tan is off-colour for starters).
