I went to a taping once, back around '97, in it's heyday, when it was just starting to become well known for having fights. It was still on NBC back then and they would show all the fights. I noticed after a couple of seasons and being moved to FOX, that they would cut to camera angles of audience members' reactions instead of showing the violence. Pretty lame. Also, that was when they started having the audience chanting for everything. Way too much chanting. I don't think it would be worth standing in line for now. It's old news.

I've never been, but they film it right here in Stamford, CT. Along with the Maury Povich Show and the Steve Wilkos Show. I really don't have any desire to go.
