Who decides who swallows in a scene with 2 girls?

So I was kinda curios. Today I saw a scene with an actress named Leah Luv and another one called Claire Robbins, and one guy. Basically at the end the guy cums in the first girl's mouth, who then swaps it to the second girl. The second girl plays with it for quite some time, and then (spontaneously, it appears) asks the other girl if the wants to taste it one more time, she gives it to her and then the camera guy tells her to swallow, and she does.

So I wondered in scenes with 2 actresses with a swallow scene, do they conclude about who gets to swallow before, or is that often a spontaneous decision, like when the camera guy, or the actor or the second girl suddenly says "Swallow" to one girl? Does the director sometimes say "Yeah at the end we're gonna do a cumswap and one of you swallows it". What do you think?

In my experience, generally I direct the male talent to aim for both faces, because jizz on two faces and in two mouths is awesome. If I'm playing along with two girls and a guy, they both need jizzy faces, so I make sure to swap and share. Swallowing unless scripted is usually optional for the performers! :coolthumb:

Maybe it simply has to do with which girl is more assertive.
