According to some sources, one of the stars is Michelle Callaghan, and a production date of 1990, but I can't find more details.
Here is the back cover which doesn't provide any clues either.
Just like @pumpysworld, I found something to suggest one of them might be Michelle Callaghan aka. Kelly but I'm not totally convinced, though it could be.
