Clearly, a white supremacist who rented a motorcycle and went in search of a large crowd on which he could inflict maximum damage with it. A true terrorist.

Or was this a (racist) guy who was trying to get into his work's parking garage, and a bunch of grown people, still tantrumming over a lost election, were laying in the street, and he made noisy overtures and such, and was arrested for it.

Oh. Well. The headline reads better if it sound like a terror attack, let's roll with that.
