I'd have to go with pro-football just based upon the sheer number of players.
Law of averages with that many players is bound to give you the largest percentage or chances of having gays in their numbers.

Using that logic it would have to be baseball, there are way more players when you consider farm teams and all the low divisions, triple a etc..
