Which movie made you a fan

I come across many movies which have made me an avid fan of certain actors who were previously rather unknown to me for a number of reasons.
Here are a couple examples:
Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl made me a fan of Johnny Depp. It was Mr. Depp's first movie that I ever saw.
Scent of a Woman made me a fan of Al Pacino. I had previously seen some of his movies but was never impressed.

My question:
Which movie made you fan of any actor/actress? I am hoping to get some fantastic suggestions for my personal summer movie rush.

The Party - Peter Sellers. A pure and simple classic comedy. Yet, with few equals.

The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou- Bill Murray. I was a fan long before this release, but I never truly realised his greatness until I watched this film. He's the kind of actor I could watch for hours. Even if he's not doing anything at all i.e. Lost in Translation (another great one!).
