Man breasts are extra fat. You could do 50 push ups with a 45kg plate on your back and that alone will do nothing for your problem.

You need to loose weight. Period. Unfortunetly, you can't control where the weight will start to come off first - it's completely genetic. I loose first on the stomach and last on the hips....

Start on a good diet and do a lot of pushups and invest in some weights and do butterfly lifts and benchpress. Eventually the weight will start coming off, hopefully from your chest quite early, and you'll have a good bit of muscle there.

what the fuck you lookin at?
what about a problem gut? I've all but given up hope on getting a six pack. anything besides running my ass off that would help?

BNF is right in that you can't selectively loose fat in a certain part of your body by working out that part. You just need to loose fat everywhere, which can only be done if you take in fewer calories than you use. You should also do at least some resistance training to keep as much muscle as possible when you lose weight. That way you will burn more fat and avoid yo-yo diets where you lose fat and muscle then gain it all back as fat so you end up in a worse place than you began in. For most people it will come off relatively evenly but most of the time the last parts to hang on to fat are the abdomen for men and the ass and abdomen for women although it can be different for everybody. Also starvation diets don't work that well because it's too easy to lose muscle and the water weight you lose can fool some people into thinking they made better progress than they do. I would recommend slowly cutting back on calories where you are just a little under what you need a day to start of with then gradually cutting back from there. Always keep well hydrated because just loosing water won't help you except for a very temporary aesthetic improvement.

As far as seeing your abs unless they are extremely well developed most people only start to see them when you have around 11% body fat approximately, give or take a bit depending on the person. A lot of the people you see in magazines and such that have nice abs have like 6-8% body fat, which is why they show up so well. If people work on them and don't see their abs that doesn't mean they are not there or haven't improved it means that there is a layer of fat covering it.

It's working against nature to lose weight. Once you reach a weight your body doesn't want to lose weight and will always try and keep you at your heaviest weight. Try sensible eating and light exercise initially and gradually work yourself up.

You need general weight loss... mix some cardio (even if its 45 minutes of brisk walking) with some pushups and situps, add in a healty diet and ur good 2 go.

Also if you don't own dumbells, a great workout is to lay on your back, and spread your arms out have your hands diagonal. Raise both arms up in a 90 degree angle so that they tough. Then lower and repeat.

Check out men's health and that sort of thing. I've found good info in the men's health magazines.

In all honesty, eat; grain and fruit in the morning, grain and vegetables at noon, and grain and meat at night, drink plenty of water, and do stretching and calisthenic exercises before and after every meal. Be religious about it, but don't over do it, practice moderation and humility. You'll be healthy and fit, it won't effect your budget or you schedule, just a half-hour of your day.

Dont eat foods high in carbohydrates after 7pm, and eat lots of small meals, rather than 3 big meals, also walking is the best way to burn fat. They recon if u walk half an hour every day at high intensity that is the best exercise u can do
