I've had a few Filipino girlfriends, I've always found them very attractive. They get my vote.
This question cannot be answered, because I don't know the populations of the countries in question (although this can be researched) nor have I seen every girl/woman from these countries. If I had, I would have been able to calculate which country has the hottest asian women.
Of course this would still be a matter of opinion & would thus have no value at all, since someone else might not like the women I find attractive at all.

Japan, simply look at Masuimi Max, she is stunning. Aiko Tanaka is Japanese also stunning. I am also a fan of Kianna Dior who is Hawaïan from Japanese descent.
Full figured, hourglass Japanese are outstanding, even if not as busty as other women of the same size. They are just not well published, because the focus is on petite. Even Anna Ohura is just too thin for me (yes, even though she's busty).
