If you can afford a car like that, you can afford to have someone paint it in a custom color. I would suggest something by H.O.K.

The only time I would use a wrap, is if it were a work vehicle, and needed to be heavily covered with logos.

I don't really like (modern) Lambos and I'm not much on most of the street car wraps I've seen in person. But I've got to admit, that is striking!

Who is that hot babe on your Profile pic?

A girl I "met" on a Jaguar forum years ago. We both had an XJS and we got to be online pals. She went by the screen name "Jag Babe", but as I best I recall her name was Stacey. She's been gone from the scene for years though. Shame... really interesting, fun gal.

For whatever reason, Lambos look appropriate in a gaudy wrap. I don't even mean that in a really bad way either. Kinda like telling a girl that she looks OK dressed like a slut, huh? :D

Like anyone on this board could ever afford a Lamborghini. You idiots crack me up. Pipe dreams

I don't know anything about anyone's personal finances on here. But used Lambos aren't crazy expensive to buy. A used Gallardo can be had for less than 80 grand. The problem is, they're shit cars that aren't good daily drivers, can't make it as reliable track cars and require more maintenance (where the crazy expensive part comes in) than a Hollywood actress.

When I see a Porsche 911 GT3, I think, "there's a dude that knows his cars and probably knows how to drive." When I see a Lamborghini, I think, "there's a douche that made some easy/quick money being a social media influencer and probably wonders why [NOBABE]Danica Patrick[/NOBABE] never drove for Ferrari in F1."

They're flashy cars for people who need to be seen, IMO.

I think:

A - This is the completely academic discussion about fantasy and unusable cars. I once goit to talk to a former Lamborghini owner, and he said he won't ever get one again, because they are only drivable on 100% perfectly smooth tracks, drive over a bump or hole in the road, and you crash some carbon-fiber part. And then you can send your car off to some far-off shop that handles Lambos.

So get some sports car, if that is your thing, that also is usable in normal road use. How about a Porsche?

Also, if we are talking cars deliver speeds of >150 mph, laquers are not such a great choice, unless you only push them over that speed on well-maintained tracks. Other roads have lots of dirt, gravel, etc., and you should protect your car with a wrap

Is Chrome Purple better than Chrome Rose Gold?

For that type of car, I prefer the chrome purple. Rose gold is too close to pink for my taste.

I think Lamborghini quality has gotten a LOT better since VAG (technically Audi) bought the company back in the late 90s. But you're right: they still have a reputation as fairly fragile cars. And even though VAG also owns Porsche now, Porsche's quality (the 911 anyway) is still way up there. From what I understand, Porsche maintained their autonomy within the Volkswagen Group. I got a chance to ride in a guy's 911 GT3 on my last track day. It was simply the most complete high performance car that I've ever been in. The brakes (especially), the handling, the acceleration... it was nothing short of a street legal race car. With the wing spoiler, it stood out in a crowd, but it wasn't flashy or garish (like most Lambos and some Ferraris).

I think this is a wrap job too. And to my eyes, it's a true dream car:

That is how a Porsche should look, if you aren't getting it as a family car (I once met a student girl with the 9-year-old boy she was sitting on a party, the extremely nice parents of the kid lent her the car to go to the party. Talk about chill parents!

It was a silver, classic, modern 911. Tiptronic and all.

My mistake. Her name is/was [NOBABE]Cameron Taylor[/NOBABE], not to be confused with some gay porn actor who apparently uses the same name now.

Here's a pic of her and her '84 XJS from back in the day.

I don't know, I can't really see having a Lambo, or a Ferrari, and not getting it in Jet black, or slut red. I can see doing a Porsche in racing colors, but at least that's realistic. For my tastes, things like that chrome purple look ridiculous on cars like that, BUT, if you were to put that on an old 30's Ford Coupe hot rod. Fuck yeah. Shit like that doesn't work for me. when it comes to anything, but the custom. In fact my brain just clicked.................that color, 1950's pick up truck. built big block, old Craiger 5 spoke mags. Yep, badfuckingass!
