What's Your Sandwich?

Whether its at home or at a restaurant, what do you like on your sandwich? what meats? what veggies? what kind of bread? any condiments or sauces?

Capriotti's sammich shop makes a turkey dinner on a roll called "the Bobbie." Fantastic.

Do burgers count as sandwiches? I'll assume no.

I love a good clubhouse with turkey on it. Or a pulled pork sandwich with jalapeños and hot sauce. Mmmm.

Jimmy John's #5 with hot peppers.

I used to sneak one of these into every home basketball game at Mackey Arena back in my college days. Ah, nostalgia...

It isn't really a sandwich, but I love the Subway BBQ Rib.

Homemade. Crispy bacon with tomato sauce. Toasted or un-toasted.

Simple, but I love it.

I make a grilled cheese with swiss, cheddar, provalone, and munster cheeses, with grilled red onion folded in it and then salsa.

There's a restaurant near me that does an amazing club sandwich. In addition to being frickin enormous with ham, turkey, bacon, american, swiss, onions, and lettuce stacked as a double-decker, it also uses this incredible tomato-herb bread that I've never tasted anywhere else. Everytime I go there I think, "I'm gonna try something else this time," and everytime I end up ordering the club.

I'm also fond of a good rueben. Something with high-quality corned beef and a homemade Russian dressing that doesn't go overboard on the sauerkraut.
