3) BK Chicken Sandwich

Fries:
1) In-N-Out
2) McDonald's

There's the new place over here in Colorado that I like it's called
Five Guys and Fries and is tied with Chicago's Maxwell Street followed by Carls J.R. six dollar burger I am not that big on fries.

Burgers

1. Kuma's Corner - It's a local bar here in Chicago. It's weird, because the bar plays heavy metal music all the time, but their food is fucking awesome. It's such a weird combo. For everyone who lives in Chicago, GO EAT THERE. As a chef, I would highly recommend their burgers, especially the Lair of the Minotaur. Yeah, their burgers are all named after heavy metal bands.
2. White Castle
3. Dairy Queen - They make decent burgers. At least the one by my parent's house does.

Fries

1. Cedar Point (amusement park in Ohio) - I haven't been there for a long, long time, so I don't if things have changed since then, but their fries used to be fucking awesome. They were perfectly crisp on the outside, nice and soft on the inside and they had an awesome cajun seasoning on them. Mmm...
2. Arby's Potato Cakes - Technically not fries, but close. And, damn good.
3. Mr. Hero's Waffle Fries

cedar point fries are fucking awesome. i forgot how good they are until you mentioned it.

my favourite burger ever is from a little place in Windsor called The Station. Huge, cooked perfectly, and juicy. Holy fuck I want one.

I'm from Texas so I've never even been to some of those places mentioned earlier.
Burgers
1. Burger King Texas Double Whopper(double meat, double cheese, bacon and jalepenos)
2.McDonalds Double Quarter Pounder

Fries
1. McDonalds
2. Sonic Tater tots(technically not fries)

doesn't anybody here have a favourite local joint that can make a burger better than all these shitty ass fast food places.

personally, i like a burger to be cooked properly. by someone who knows how to cook. not some 16 year old kid who doesnt give a shit whether its good, or clean.

My favorite burgers and fries no longer exist where I live, therefore its not worth mentioning. But yes, they were from a local mom and pop shop.

In close second, nothing to me beats a BK whopper with fries, or the A&W teen burger with onion rings nom nom nom.

It's sad, but that was THE main reason I liked going to Cedar Point. I didn't give a shit about riding the Raptor or the Magnum...I just wanted some fucking fries.

McDonalds fries are the best. Especially when they are about 10 minutes old, and they go a bit soggy but still warm, YUUUUM! And I go through about 2 pots of McDs sweet and sour sauce with them.

Burgers: In-n-Out
Fries: the old McDonalds when they used horse fat

The Sweet Daddy burger from Ginny's Diner in Louisville, KY is fucking awesome. 20oz of sirloin, ground and cooked when you order it.

For normal places, 5 Guys Burgers and Fries kicks ass, and has the best fries known to man.

In N Out. It is the only burger I will eat. It is the best burger in the world.

I never tried the real white castle, just the ones you microwave and those are pretty damn good.
