It seems inconsistent from person to person and mine at one point read, 9 out of 10 perverts prefer freeones. Now it reads something about wallpaper.com. What gives?

It's a random quirk of the board. Ignore it. You can purchase a custom one for a certain amount of credits, or if you reach 10k posts.
