What's The Best Way To Find A Scene/Title?

I can't remember the name of the actress or the movie title but I can remember parts of a scene, I'm not getting any luck on so called "expert" forums so does anyone know of a good way to find a scene based on the description?

take a screenshot and reverse google image search or tineye.

it's worked once or twice.

or post this in the ID forum. There are crack experts there who may be able to help.

animus fox & FreeOnes_Adam...Thank you, the problem is that I don't have any images and can only describe the scene...would you two be so kind and have a crack at it?

It could have been a Jerome Tanner production but what I can remember is that she was blonde or brunette and was describing to the viewer how romantic this dude was (as he throws her on the bed and tears her clothes off) while she was sitting opposite an old dude that played either a headmaster or priest and was sitting at a desk with an old phone, he only had that role in the whole movie.

There is a personal reason why I need to find this.
