I would not make the comparison between women whov'e had mastectomies and women who have small breasts. It's one thing for a woman who's had part of her body removed to say she feels like "less of a woman," - sadly that makes sense to me, but I can't imagine a girl with small breasts saying the same thing, at least I've never heard one say that. I HAVE heard then say other things though, like that they feel less attractive. But less of a woman? I have trouble believing that one.
Meaning no offense, but it's not really something most women would talk about in front of a man.
Let me put it this way: Think about how wrapped up men get about the size of their dicks. Even though most women don't think penis size is a big deal, most men still do. Look at how much penis-enlargement spam you get. There's a huge market for the stuff, because a lot of men feel like having a smaller-than-average dick makes them less of a man.
Now, imagine that when you go outside and walk around town, you can see the dick of every other man out there, and they can all see yours. So if yours is smaller than most, you get reminded of it every time you see another man with a bigger dick. Don't you think that might make some guys feel a bit un-manly?
Well, breasts are for women what dicks are for men, except that it's easy to tell how big a woman's breasts are. Breasts are what make women different from men. If a woman has a small chest, and every other woman she sees has bigger boobs than she does, it wouldn't suprise me if she felt like a bit less of a woman.
