Are you sure you would consider this in your list to judge artistic nude?
Blur isn't wrong (All the pictures you have shown so far were all blurry). When a photographer takes a picture the foreground or background might be blurred because of the perspective and focus. It can be used as an advantage to accentuate something, create movement, something dynamic, accentuate vibrant colors, etc. In this picture foreground and background are blurred and so you'll guide your eyes to the girl. And since she's the main topic of this picture... The blur will also have this effect to make it more dynamic instead of static.
The colors are warm and complementary. Usually warm colors are associated with something lively, active, cheerful and in this picture this is accentuated by the use of the light: the light coming from the window shines on the front of the girl and leaves the rest in shadow. Since your eyes are already on the girl because of the focus, the first thing you're going to notice is this contrast in light in shadow. You'll look at her face and breasts.
It doesn't matter that her leg is "cut off" (well, it does when you create a portrait or a static picture but this picture isn't). Which brings us to the composition. The picture is dominated by lines: the bars against the wall and her leg. All these bars once again lead you to the main subject of the picture: the (front of the) girl. So for the third time it tells you what the main focus or subject of the picture is. The picture is well balanced with the cloth on the left, front of the girl in the middle, her lower body on the right. Since you have been focusing on the light (left), the girl (middle), her leg will guide your eyes to the right and the rest of her body (or the composition for that matter).
In other words: a very good picture. It does what it's supposed to do, and I can't see anything wrong with it. So when it comes to the artsy part of it: 10.
