Stop and think.
This is an extremely hi-res photo; meaning that it's able to capture minute and slight details, such as skin discolorations, blemishes, etc.
What it appears to be is just normal skin coloration tones ... if you held a powerful magnifying glass up to any part of your own body, you would notice various inconsistencies in your own skin coloration. It's NORMAL. The human body is not one color, hmmmhoyhoy, it's a blend of many different hues, shades, and tones ... good lord. Plus, factor in lighting, imaging software coloration / highlights, etc. etc.
Why are we even worried about this particular topic anyway??? It makes no sense whatsoever.
