Games, Stay Alive, stratego, voice of the mummy.

I used to collect old toys until a few years ago when I sold my collection.
I think when I was a kid I had almost every toy made between 1970-1980.

Ace Bandage

The one and only.
My baseball glove. I think I played baseball every single day during summer vacation when I was in middle school. Sure, I had plenty of other toys, but nothing was ever used more than my old glove. Fuck, I miss those days. Not a care in the world.

:(

There was a TransFormer I just HAD to have when I was little. He was an Autobot named "Punch" who had a second alternate mode which allowed him to transform into a Decepticon named "Counterpunch" and spy on them for the Autobots. He transformed into a blue car and I just thought he was the neatest. I still have him too!

Now that I think of it......me too.
I always used a first base mitt. I played or practiced everyday from age 5 to around 13.
I had one of these, developed quite a swing with it.

Torn & Frayed.
I can sum it up in three words:

Schwinn Sting Ray.

I never considered it a toy though, more like a tool to get the fuck away from pretty much anything.

Now; I'm 41 and I have another one. I love being an adult because I can choose to be a kid.

So there.

Oh man, I hear ya. I had the Sting-Ray. Banana seat, ape hangers, the whole nine yard. Wheelies were never so easy! Remember the one with the shifter on the nut racking bar? Mine didn't come with the shifter. we were poor.

My Tonka truck was The Mighty Loader (Bulldozer with wheels). One of my nephews has it. The yellow paint is gone but no rust. It even still has the rubber smokestacks & external tanks. It has to be 40 yrs old.
