Omega's signature quote "Any fool with a dick can make a baby, but only a real man can raise his children" from Boyz N the Hood is a great line too.

As for gaming, I can't think of anything that striking at the moment.

My favorite as well within that movie genre. I figured the ending out very early and was accused of already seeing it. lol I hadn't of course, but still thoroughly enjoyed watching it play out.

For games the equivalent would prolly be "It'sa me, Mario"

But if we go for best quotes as the OP said in his post, then it would be from Hitman 47:"Nika" Nika:"Yes?" 47:"Stop talking or I'll put you back in the trunk" for movies and "En Taro Adun" from StarCraft for games.

Both of the ones you listed are good...both are good movies. When I was first reading this, though, I thought you were going to say "the conversation beween Brad Pitt and George Clooney in the bar from the movie Ocean's Eleven." It was the scene where George Clooney has his head on the bar while watching tv and Brad Pitt is behind him. Brad Pitt talks to George Clooney in the scene and Clooney never says a word or even looks at him. The only line I can remember from it was "You think we need one more? You think we need one more." I think that was when they decided to recruit Matt Damon.
