Georgia Rep. Jason Spencer lost his mind and got severely punked by Sacha Baron Cohen. I've seriously never seen ANYBODY get punked like this before. Hell, a janitor wouldn't be dumb enough to fall for this. And this clown is a state representative (albeit a goofy one to begin with)???
